Why the switch from Heaven to Hell?

A few clarifications from Julie:

First and foremost, I attribute my victory over cancer to God. Our bodies were created to self-heal and respond positively to healthy diet and lifestyle practices. For me, embracing such changes proved to be absolutely life-giving!

Second, I did not resort to fighting cancer naturally after western medicine failed me. I fought cancer naturally from the very beginning. I've never had any chemo, radiation, or immunotherapy, yet my growing and inoperable secondary tumor miraculously disappeared! The doctors cannot explain it.
Basically, I re-branded the business from Heaven to Hell to promote moderation. Knowing what I know now from my studies and research in nutrition, I did not feel that I could continue promoting cheesecake as "heaven." Doing so wouldn't really align with the person that I've grown into throughout my cancer journey. On the other hand, life without cheesecake... would be really sad!
So, my main goal and reasoning for the re-brand is to stress the importance of balance in all areas of life. Eat healthy as often as possible, and treat yourself to something special when you feel it's appropriate. Set healthy goals and strive to be disciplined in all that you do, but allow yourself to celebrate accomplishments along the way.
As a theological studies major (my undergraduate degree), I'm very familiar with all things heaven and hell. Rather than closing the business down entirely, I decided to have a little fun with it and re-brand my cheesecake as a "Little Slice of Hell." We will continue to offer our heavenly homemade cheesecake in a limited capacity. To better encourage moderation, slice size and cart operating hours will be reduced.
Hope this helps everyone to better understand the switch! Julie
